When should I contact you ?

As soon as you start looking - even if you haven't found the right property yet. I can explain what's involved so you know what to expect. Once you find a property you're interested in, send me the contract before signing or bidding at auction.

What will it costs, and when do I pay?

I offer a free initial contract quick scan to help you get started. When you're ready for a comprehensive review, I'll provide a costs agreement setting out the fees and expected out-of-pocket costs.

If the purchase proceeds, professional fees are payable at settlement. If I complete a comprehensive review and you don't proceed then review fees apply. I'll explain any other costs, and when they are payable, before we get started.

Do I need to come into an office?

There’s no need to fit an office visit into your day. We can organise everything by phone, email and secure online signing, including your identity checks. If you’d prefer to meet, let me know and we can discuss a suitable arrangement.

Can you help if I'm Selling as well?

Absolutely. I can look after both your sale and purchase, keeping track of the dates and working with your agent, lender and the other representatives to coordinate both matters. We’ll discuss your plans early, especially if you need the sale proceeds to fund your purchase.
